Rawon Setan

Rawon Setan
The presentation. Rawon is an East Djava traditional meal, which is actually beef stew with so much spice in it that the soup turns black. Best eaten with duck eggs. Setan means Devil. So the name is likely just to get people to be interested and come on by. The taste?? i'll be the judge of that.
